Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our retreat center. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Cancellations Made 31 Days or More in Advance:
   If you cancel your booking 31 days or more before the start of the retreat, you will receive a full refund of your payment.

2. Cancellations Made Between 15 and 30 Days in Advance:
   If you cancel your booking between 15 and 30 days before the start of the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of your payment.

3. Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of the Retreat:
   If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the retreat, no refund will be issued.

4. Deposits and Transfers:

   • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, you can transfer your deposit to another retreat within 400 days from the original booking date.

   • Transfers Outside of Colombia: Please note that deposits or full payments are non-transferable to events or retreats outside of Colombia.
